Private Applicator Registry

Online Private Applicator License renewals are temporarily unavailable while we prepare for the 4/1/2025-3/31/2028 renewal cycle. Please check back in mid-December.

Important notes:

• Even if your recertification hours are incomplete, you can still submit the renewal application and fee on this site now and complete your hours before March 31.
• The information shown here is from November will not be updated until next year. Even if you submit a change of information request or earn recertification hours, this information will not be updated. Current information about your status can be found on the ODA Pesticides site here.

There are three requirements to renew a private license:

1. Submit the license renewal application.
2. Pay the $30 application fee.
3. Make sure you have earned at least 3 hours of credit from approved classes, or retake the pesticide exams.
